I wanted to keep working on the functionality of the game, but took a second and thought about it. Doing wireframes at this point would have more value - so that's what I did! Planning out what the different screens are going to look like really helps with developing the correct assets and getting a better idea for the gameplay overall.
I'm playing around with having the popups appear over the screen, trying to make them feel more integrated and not just a separate screen. I'm feeling happy with the rough wireframes and plan on creating rough art tomorrow. I don't plan on putting in too much time into art for now, but I do want to replace all the tutorial art with my own.
